We’re being true to ourselves. It isn’t a departure\, it’s an evolution — the gate is wide open right now.” \n“We’ve always had such a reverence and respect for those first and second-generation bluegrass bands\, and it was that sound that initially inspired all of us to get together\,” Barker adds. “And that will always be part of our sound. But\, we also need to grow as artists\, and as individuals — for us\, that means bringing in a wider palette of sonic influences.” \nFormed by Greer and banjoist Jesse Langlais over 15 years ago on a ridge high above the Asheville skyline\, the sturdy foundation of Town Mountain came into play with the addition of Barker not long into the band’s tenure. From there\, the group pulled in fiddle virtuoso Bobby Britt and bassist Zach Smith. And though the road has been long\, it’s also been bountiful. \n“It’s definitely been a slow climb. But\, it’s been a climb nonetheless\, where each new opportunity is filled with a sense of gratitude — to be able to make music\, to be able to play music with your friends\,” Barker says. “And to be able to bring music to the people\, and have them want to show up and listen to it? Well\, we’re thankful for that every single day.” \nLines in the Levee also marks the band’s debut album release for famed Nashville label\, New West Records. Well-known and championed as a fiercely independent act\, the members of Town Mountain felt an immediate kinship with the record label — this genuine bond of creative fulfillment and sustained artistic growth to ensure the long game for the ensemble. \n“We’ve always wanted to have a relationship with a label that felt right\, and New West felt right\,” Langlais says. “New West came to some of our shows and the ball started rolling. They knew they wanted to work with us\, and we knew we wanted to work with them. New West lets the artist steer the ship and that’s what we were looking for — to have the autonomy to do what we want\, but also have a great label behind us.” \nRecorded at Ronnie’s Place (part of the Sound Stage Studios) on Music Row in the heart of Nashville\, Lines in the Levee is a bona fide workshop in the seamless blend of Americana\, country\, bluegrass and folk roots — this crossroads of deep influences and cultivated visions each member of Town Mountain brings to the table. \n“The studio has been part of Nashville for over 50 years\, and there’s a certain mojo that comes from a space like that — you’re literally stepping into history and that history is in\nthe air when you hit the record button\,” Langlais says. \nThe album also cements the standing of drummer Miles Miller (of Sturgill Simpson musical lore) a creative force of nature\, one who throws several more logs of ideas and inspiration onto the fire that burns brightly within the group — onstage and in the studio. \n“When we were looking to add percussion to our sound\, Miles was the guy we wanted. We’ve been good friends for a long time\, and it just seemed like the natural fit to have him join us\,” Greer says. “He’s a fantastic drummer who really elevates the music so high. And he truly understands how to bring drums into a string band setting\, something not a lot of people can do.” \nLines in the Levee is also a moment in time for Town Mountain to take pause and glance over its shoulder at the road to the here and now. It’s this whirlwind blur of people\, places and things that fly by\, especially when your hardscrabble existence is spent along that lost highway — bouncing from town to town\, show to show\, all in an effort to turn long-held dreams into a daily reality. \n“Right from the beginning\, it’s always been about camaraderie and the creation of something unique\, where we haven’t let any of the bumps on the music business road get us down too much\,” Langlais says. “And I think we feel really comfortable with where the Town Mountain sound is right now — that’s a damn good feeling.” \nCole Chaney \n“Originally from Boyd County\, KY\, Chaney has since relocated to Lexington and is sure to be the next big thing coming out of Kentucky. At only 21 years old\, Chaney’s catalog may be small\, but he already boasts an absolute masterpiece of an album in which he proves wise beyond his years. \nMercy\, his debut album released in 2021\, is a 12-song showcase of Eastern Kentucky\, blue collar anthems highlighted by Chaney’s deft lyricism and storytelling. An unknown musician prior to the album’s release\, Chaney has since experienced a meteoric rise in popularity and has quickly amassed a growing and dedicated fan base\, already thirsty for new music.” \n-Whiskey Riff URL:https://www.high-noon.com/event/town-mountain/ LOCATION:High Noon Saloon\, 701 East Washington Avenue\, Madison\, 53703 ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://www.high-noon.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Web-1.png END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20230327T200000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20230327T233000 DTSTAMP:20240329T033737 CREATED:20221101T160006Z LAST-MODIFIED:20230313T152245Z UID:7954-1679947200-1679959800@www.high-noon.com SUMMARY:Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nBAG POLICY\nBags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. But the inspiration for the song dates back to the time Roger went to Taipei\, Taiwan\, as a college student to teach English during the day and busk with his guitar at night for money. \nToday\, as Clyne prepares to record his 11th studio album\, he continues to transform his life experiences\, inspirations\, observations and his own muses into timeless music. And whether he’s wearing his Converse high tops\, boots or sandals\, Clyne’s blend of punk rock\, country-western and mariachi influences have made him\, drummer PH Naffah\, guitarist Jim Dalton and bassist Nick Scropos – collectively known as Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers – one of America’s best live rock-n-roll bands. \nStarting with the seminal Tempe quartet\, The Refreshments\, Clyne and Naffah put the fun in rock during the 90s grunge era with a sense of humor. They also started what would become a trademark sound on all future albums by adding mariachi horns\, something Clyne was influenced by while in college studying Cultural Anthropology with an ethnography study of mariachis during a three month immersion stay with a local family in Ensenada\, Mexico. \nThe Refreshments’ debut album\, “Fizzy\, Fuzzy\, Big & Buzzy\,” became a cult classic. It produced the alternative radio hit “Banditos” which also had significant airplay on MTV and earned The Freshies an appearance on The Conan O’Brien Show. Clyne then penned and performed the theme song for the Mike Judge animated TV series\, King of Hill. In 2017\, Here’s to Life: The story of The Refreshments\, was released. The feature-length documentary was a hit with fans and critics alike. \nChanges within their record label and internal band issues resulted in Clyne and Naffah going on a vision quest of sorts in the Whetstone Mountains near the Clyne Ranch in Southeastern Arizona. It was there that Clyne found inspiration in the rolling hills and the jukeboxes of small town taverns that still played Marty Robbins and Johnny Cash – music he had shed from his youth in favor of bands like Camper Van Beethoven & They Might Be Giants. But after reconnecting with those old country records\, Clyne and Naffah wrote and recorded under a new moniker what would become Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers’ debut album\, “Honky Tonk Union.” \nThe album was the perfect combination of classic rock and twang\, and fans immediately connected with it. Their independent release\, “Honky Tonk Union\,” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s internet sales chart in 1999 prompting a call from a Billboard exec to their Manager demanding\, “ Who the hell is Roger Clyne and why is he #1 on my chart?!” beating out much better known artists \nRCPM released eight more albums that landed in the top ten of Billboard’s Internet Sales Chart\, including a No. 1 debut for their third album\, “Americano!” – all without the backing of a major record label and while flying under the radar of commercial radio. \nIn 2019\, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers were inducted into the Arizona Music and Entertainment Hall of Fame\, joining the likes of fellow Arizona legends Alice Cooper\, Buck Owens\, Glen Campbell\, Stevie Nicks\, Linda Ronstadt and Waylon Jennings. \nLater that fall\, RCPM was invited by a man who\, like Roger\, also knows a little something about tequila and throwing big parties in Mexico. The band headlined Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina on the eve of Hagar’s weekend birthday celebration. \nRoger Clyne & The Peacemakers have curated their own annual music festival\, Circus Mexicus\, in the sleepy beach town of Puerto Peñasco\, Mexico\, which draws thousands of fans from around the world. The festival not only has a major impact on the local economy\, but charity events hosted by the band and fans alike help raise money for a local orphanage\, support local youth sports and help feed shelter animals. \nClyne not only sings about life in the border-lands\, he also produces his own ultra-premium spirit\, Mexican Moonshine Tequila (soon to be re-named Canción Tequila). Owned by the entire band\, it was the official tequila at the Arizona Diamondbacks Chase stadium in 2016\, 2017 and 2018. Started in 2011\, the award-winning spirit is distributed in multiple states as well as Sonora\, Mexico. \nRoger Clyne & The Peacemakers have toured all over the US and achieved a faithful following through hard work and great music. They have done this all while being independent\, without the safety net of a label or a label’s radio promotion department. Dubbed “The Springsteen of the Southwest\,” by the Asbury Park Press. The band delivers exciting live performances that garner declarations like the one from emcee Jay Peterman of the Seinfeld TV show at Alice Cooper’s annual Christmas Pudding event\, “Young man\, you light that stage a-flame!” URL:https://www.high-noon.com/event/roger-clyne-the-peacemakers/ LOCATION:High Noon Saloon\, 701 East Washington Avenue\, Madison\, 53703 ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://www.high-noon.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Web-2.png END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20230329T200000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20230329T233000 DTSTAMP:20240329T033737 CREATED:20230217T180017Z LAST-MODIFIED:20230313T152313Z UID:8267-1680120000-1680132600@www.high-noon.com SUMMARY:Evanoff DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nBAG POLICY\nBags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. After years on the Madison rock scene all three members; Pete Ress\, Gavin Lefebvre and Tony Leskinen have seen various degrees of success and failure\, but continually redefine the limits of rock music. \nWhen The Skintones formed in ’98\, the main goal was simply to get together and have a good time. But lo and behold\, their sound caught on and they developed a devoted following and accolades from fans and bands alike. All three members bring something substantial to the table. Especially vocals\, they make sure that everyone adds into the music. Levity is the glue that holds their creative minds together. \nThe Skintones bring enough of their own creative energies to bear on the music that’s not easy to categorize. Their “eclectically pleasing” sound has elated positive crowd response in and out of Madison. They make sure that every show is fresh\, and often tailor the playlist to the crowd. Sometimes people don’t immediately catch on however. “I think that when people don’t recognize something immediately they don’t know if it’s innovative or if it sucks‚ there’s not a frame of reference\,” says Skintones drummer Tony Leskinen. If you listen to The Skintones album and don’t smile at least once\, whether you like it or not\, you’re probably dead. \nThe Pimps \nThe Goodyear Pimps formed in Rockford\, IL in 1997 and after honing their chops in Midwestern clubs they gained a fanbase that made national labels take notice. They were signed by Disney subsidiary Hollywood Records in 2000 for a two album contract worth $1 million. \nThe Pimps were promised no censorship and full creative control\, but when they delivered the first of the two contracted albums\, More Songs\nAbout Drugs With Curse Words\, the suits at Disney balked at releasing it. The Pimps were dropped in 2001\, but this major label tale has an oddly happy ending that allowed the Pimps to walk away from the label with $600\,000 of their contract. \nBeyond that the Pimps has other claims to fame\, or at very least infamy\, including having songs on major movie soundtracks for Mission Impossible 2 and Crazy Beautiful as well as having a song featured on the long running NBC drama Third Watch. Also noteworthy was the series of cease and desist letters from the Goodyear corporation that forced the band to change their name from the more imaginative and less misogynistic moniker of the Goodyear Pimps. \nDespite their positive and negative brushes with the corporate world\, the Pimps have remained independent. They spent their $600\,000 payment from Hollywood Records to buy their own apartment building in Rockford that serves as living quarters for all the band members as well as housing the Pimps’ office and recording studio. They have achieved the noble goal of completely avoiding day jobs by investing their money wisely and keeping up a schedule of 160 shows a year during the entire decade mainly playing 2 or 3 day strings of weekend shows to fans throughout the Midwest. They might have changed HEALTH for the better. \nThree years after VOL.4 :: SLAVES OF FEAR\, the L.A. trio’s ferocious entry into the world of heavy music\, HEALTH return with the second half of their DISCO4 series. On the first installment in 2020\, they swapped remixes for original collaborations with Perturbator\, 100 Gecs and JPEGMAFIA. \nA whole lot went to hell in the meantime\, forcing the band to re-invent how they wrote music together. For DISCO4 :: PART II they cut it fast and mean\, recruiting both legends and nascent contenders of heavy music and its many peripheral genres. \nThe centerpiece of DISCO4 :: Part II is the Nine Inch Nails collaboration “ISN’T EVERYONE\,” which re-unites HEALTH with their early-career arena tourmates. The mesh between Trent Reznor’s growls and Jake Duzsik’s gossamer melodies—all over a gigantic synth barrage—feels like a new moment in industrial music. \nOn “COLD BLOOD\,” their latest single with metal titans Lamb of God\, HEALTH show they can devote themselves to a genre and detonate it all in the same track. Its blistering heaviness juxtaposed against album cuts like the raucous “GNOSTIC FLESH/MORTAL HELL” (with noise-rap banshee Backxwash and the virtuosically scabrous trio Ho99o9) or the contemplative “STILL BREATHING” (co-piloted with teenage post-punk experimentalist Ekkstacy)\, demonstrates the breadth of HEALTH’s sonic palette and ability to incorporate what heavy music looks like today and going forward. \nFrom their twitchy 2007 debut\, through the groundbreaking 2012 score for Rockstar Games’ Max Payne 3 and 2015’s DEATH MAGIC\, multi-instrumentalists/producers Jacob Duzsik and John Famiglietti\, and drummer Benjamin Miller\, snuck beauty and rigor into blinding noise. They draped moody violence over trap beats and warehouse rave sounds alike. \nHEALTH are not only making the heaviest\, most genre-obliterating music of their career. They’re documenting just how insane it feels to be alive right now. As a songwriter\, she has garnered a reputation for her specific brand of political and personal lyricism\, which Vice’s Noisey described as ‘Flipping off Authority one note at a time”. \n“When I was a kid\, my dad was in this tiny fringe political group called Democratic Socialists of America” explains songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rachel Baiman. “That was considered really extreme\, and something I didn’t tell my friends about. Now my generation has had to wake up to the intensity of our own economic oppression. We sit around talking about how anyone affords to buy a house\, and how we can get rich people to pay for our albums”\, she laughs. Baiman finds hope in this shared experience as a mechanism for activism. On Common Nation of Sorrow\, Baiman’s third LP\, she tells stories of American capitalism\, and the individual and communal devastation it manifests. \nIn contrast with her previous work\, Baiman is the sole producer of Common Nation of Sorrow. After recording for twelve days in Nashville with Grammy-Award-winning engineer Sean Sullivan\, Baiman traveled to Portland\, OR\, where she spent two weeks mixing the record with famed engineer and producer Tucker Martine (My Morning Jacket/The Decemberists/First Aid Kit).\nOn “Common Nation of Sorrow”\, Baiman has found a production style to match her straightforward writing. Baiman displays a certain self-awareness and comfort with the inability to be all things\, while simultaneously pushing to new heights with her message\, and delivering a heartbreaking\, albeit beautiful\, assessment of her country. \nBarbaro \nBarbaro’s musical vision explores their collective life experiences through intricate instrumentation\, creatively bending traditional music into a style that is all their own.  The Minneapolis-Winona based rising stars have created their eclectic sound through original songwriting craft\, with inspiration derived from bluegrass\, jazz and chamber music. Their new album\, Dressed in Roses\, released January 2020\, “Stands as a true testament to their musical identity and the sound that has launched one of the Midwest’s most in-demand acoustic acts.” URL:https://www.high-noon.com/event/rachel-baiman-and-barbaro/ LOCATION:High Noon Saloon\, 701 East Washington Avenue\, Madison\, 53703 ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://www.high-noon.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Web-6.png END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20230413T200000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20230413T233000 DTSTAMP:20240329T033737 CREATED:20230202T160045Z LAST-MODIFIED:20230313T155008Z UID:8226-1681416000-1681428600@www.high-noon.com SUMMARY:80’s Pop Drag Nightfeaturing VideoStar DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nBAG POLICY\nBags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Built around his inviting voice and wrapped in warm textures\, his self-titled sophomore full-length builds his most engaging world yet. It lives in a place between darkness and hopefulness with unshakeable melodies at its heart. “Melody is what makes words fall out of my mouth. It’s disarming. When I find a melody that represents my internal world\, I drop my guard. I allow the words to appear out of thin air without judgement. A lot of these songs came to life that way. I wasn’t trying to make anything\, but the songs became a home for words that I wasn’t yet ready to write on the page\,” MacDonald says. \nThe past few years haven’t allowed for much escape from our interior worlds. There’s been a lot to move through\, and many things can be true at once. This album lives at the sometimes-tense intersection of those truths – loving someone dearly while being pulled toward something new\, feeling joy in the melancholy\, a gratitude for deep friendship and an uncertainty of one’s place in it. \nThe album is also alive with the people and places that surrounded its creation. Vocals and acoustic guitars were recorded near Riding Mountain National Park in a woodstove-heated cabin during one of Manitoba’s coldest winters in years. Bass and drums were tracked at Breakglass Studios in Montreal\, a room that already felt familiar from falling in love with the records of tour-mate Leif Vollebekk. Final overdubbing took place at Monarch Studios in Vancouver surrounded by trusted engineers and friends. And constant inspiration was found in his circle of Winnipeg creators working away on their own projects. Like The Big Pink house – Boy Golden\, Slow Spirit\, Roman Clarke\, Kris Ulrich and others dropped in on each other to share demos and often lend their sounds to each other’s albums. \nBeyond his hometown\, Field Guide has had the opportunity to meet some heroes and new friends. He’s supported Leif Vollebekk\, Bahamas\, SYML\, Wild Rivers\, JP Saxe and Penny & Sparrow on their tours this year. He’s built a legion of fans online and on the road. So\, while this is a solo album that invites the listener inside Field Guide’s inner monologue world\, it really is meant to be lived in together. “These are the truest\, rawest songs that I’ve ever written. I’ve never felt so sure about something I’ve made before. And now\, it’s yours.” URL:https://www.high-noon.com/event/field-guide/ LOCATION:High Noon Saloon\, 701 East Washington Avenue\, Madison\, 53703 ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://www.high-noon.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Web-Photo.png END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20230415T193000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20230415T233000 DTSTAMP:20240329T033737 CREATED:20230110T180734Z LAST-MODIFIED:20230313T155117Z UID:8152-1681587000-1681601400@www.high-noon.com SUMMARY:Bongzilla DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nBAG POLICY\nBags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Very little is known about the early years of the band except for their appearances on a host of split and EP releases between 1996 and 1999\, the first being Mixed Bag on Rhetoric Records in 1996. Following a split with MeatJack another 7″ EP entitled Hemp For Victory (Named after the vintage educational/propaganda film of the same name) was released on Thunder Lizard. Two more splits followed the same year and eventually Bongzilla was signed to Relapse Records. \nThe first release on this label was Methods for Attaining Extreme Altitudes released on CD on 27 January 1998. The band at this point made yearly appearances at the Milwaukee Metalfest\, notably 1999 and 2000. The band’s debut studio album Stash saw it’s release on 20 April 1999 to positive reviews. A split with Corrupted\, Noothgrush and Dystopia entitled Twin Threat To Your Sanity followed. \nThe band’s second album saw release via Howling Bull America (With a reissue three years later via Relapse). Apogee was released on 11 May 2001 and showcased three new songs along with live recordings from 1998. A compilation of all of the band’s EPs and splits to that point entitled Shake: The Singles saw release the next year. The band’s third album Gateway saw release via Relapse on 3 September 2002. \nAmerijuanican and Hiatus (2003 – 2009) \nBongzilla would begin 2003 as part of the Relapse Contamination Festival\, with their performance being released as a live album the next year. The band sporadically played shows and tours\, with notable appearances at various festivals. \nA lineup change prompted one Dixie Dave Collins to join the band as their bassist\, leading them to record the band’s fourth album. Amerijuanican was released via Relapse on 27 September 2005 to positive reviews and featured a cover of “Champagne and Reefer” by Muddy Waters. The band toured and remained active until 2009 when the group quietly took a hiatus\, their last known show being Forward Fest alongside the likes of Bob Mould\, Detroit Cobras and Neko Case to name a few.\nBarbarian Records would reissue the Shake compilation as Nuggets in 2007 with three bonus tracks while Relapse would reissue Stash with the Methods for Attaining Extreme Altitudes as bonus tracks. \nReturn (2015 – Present)| \nIn April 2015 it was announced Bongzilla was reforming with the Gateway lineup\, first announcing a tour of Europe including dates at Heavy Days in Doomtown and Temples Festival along with a single date in NYC. The band followed up with a four-date tour of the West Coast USA\, a tour of the east coast USA and an appearance at Desertfest Belgium. \nBongzilla would follow with a tour of the United States alongside Black Cobra\, Lo-Pan\, Against The Grain and Kings Destroy the next year and make an appearance at Maryland Deathfest. The band toured the USA again that fall with Wizard Rifle and Buzzoven on select dates. \nBongzilla began 2017 with a local show in Wisconsin before embarking on another European tour\, playing the likes of Roadburn Festival\, DesertFest Berlin\, DesertFest London\, KrisionFest (Their first ever appearance in Spain) and have begun working on material for a new album. Bongzilla have also set course for a 2018 European tour with Dopethrone and Sons of Otis. Bongzilla would tour and perform several festivals in 2018 and 2019. In late 2018 Totem Cat Records would release a 14 song compilation of the Bongzilla early split / live material under the album name Thank You Marijuana. In early 2020\, Bongzilla started their own label called Gungeon Records and released a re-issue of their classic album Apogee. \nHowever\, in March of 2020 it would be announced that Cooter Brown would retire from the band due to health and family reasons\, with Bongzilla choosing to continue as a thunderous three-piece. During Bongzilla’s first tour as a thunderous three in March of 2020\, the tour was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic. A few months into the pandemic\, Bongzilla began rehearsing and recording for several different record projects – A limited Wake Brewing 7 inch\, a full length album titled Weedsconsin\, an LP split with the band Tons\, and a 7 Inch Split with Boris\, the first of a 7 inch Split Series released on Gungeon Records. All projects were recorded at Future Apple Tree Studios in Rockford\, Illinois in October of 2020 by the legendary John Hopkins before his sudden and unexpected passing in the late fall of 2020. \nBongzilla announced signing to the Italian label – Heavy Psych Sounds on Janurary 21st of 2021. Bongzilla is preparing for the release of their new full length album Weedsconsin\, as well as a limited 7 Inch from Wake Brewing\, followed by the Bongzilla / Tons Split for the HPS series – Doom Sessions\, as well as the 7 inch split with Boris on Gungeon Records. Over the years\, the project has certainly grown beyond its “Bay Area garage band” roots and has been fortunate enough to reach people all over the world- enough so that Young eventually left her teaching job to pursue making music with a band full-time. \nWith a background in visual art\, art therapy/education\, and classical piano/violin\, Young aims to write emotive songs that capture colorful imagery\, uplift\, and tell stories. Their sound can be described as “instrumental progressive rock” but the music draws influence from many genres like Midwest emo and shoegaze and doesn’t try to adhere to one main sound. Young’s fluid and polyphonic fingerstyle approach to guitar is often described as very piano-like\, and although her playing at surface level is technical and intricate\, the music still aims to make people feel something and make people want to dance. \nThe band has released an EP Currents\, an acoustic EP\, and 2 full length albums Effloresce and Technicolor. Over time the sound has really transformed from its twinkly mathrock origins to a more evolved\, fuller\, more melodically complex sound that incorporates a myriad of tones and textures. There is currently one new album in the works\, which the band will be playing songs from. He taps his pen on his chin intensely\, contemplating the first and only line that reads: “I’m going down”. he stares down at his pathetic excuse for an opening line and calls it a night. “eh\, I’ll try again tomorrow” he says. This is his mantra. He didn’t know it then\, but that pathetic little line would be the birthplace of a little band called Mustard Service and that pathetic little line would be the opening line of a little album called Zest Pop.\n\nFor the next two years Marco Rivero and Armando Baeza (producer and former drummer) wrote and recorded the debut album “Zest Pop”\, bringing in their friends Gabriel Marinuchi (guitar)\, Augusti Di Catarina (bass\, backing vocals)\, and Leo Cattani (keys) to play the songs live as a full band. they played a few push-moshing\, beer-spilling\, gear-breaking\, cop-calling\, arrested-getting shows throughout Miami-Dade County\, managing to amass a small yet passionate fanbase in their home town. In those years\, GarageBand™ transitioned into ProTools™\, recordings evolved into mastered tracks\, and small house shows turned into packed venues.\n\nTheir Debut album was released in June of 2017\, relying solely on live shows and streaming platform algorithms for promotion and exposure. The algorithm gods took pity on these poor fools and granted them a world-wide audience over the span of the next three years\, leading into the release of their sophomore album titled “Ces’t La Vie” in March of 2020 URL:https://www.high-noon.com/event/mustard-service/ LOCATION:High Noon Saloon\, 701 East Washington Avenue\, Madison\, 53703 ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/png:https://www.high-noon.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Web-1.png END:VEVENT BEGIN:VEVENT DTSTART;TZID=America/Chicago:20230425T190000 DTEND;TZID=America/Chicago:20230425T210000 DTSTAMP:20240329T033737 CREATED:20230130T230008Z LAST-MODIFIED:20230313T155434Z UID:8222-1682449200-1682456400@www.high-noon.com SUMMARY:Smarty Pints Trivia DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\nBAG POLICY\nBags (max size 12″ x 6″ x 12″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry.
