Saints of Valory
Saints of Valory
Formed in 2010, SAINTS OF VALORY is comprised of Gavin Jasper (Vocals), Godfrey James
(Guitar) and Stephen Buckle (Keys). In November of that year, the band self-released their debut
EP The Bright Lights, which featured an early version of their track "Providence". The track
entered the top 50 at Triple A radio, making the band the only unsigned act to reach the upper
tier of the chart. Then, in May 2012, the band released their second EP, Kids, which landed on
iTunes' Top Rock Albums Chart in its first week.
After being named one of Billboard's Top Unsigned Artists in 2012, SAINTS OF VALORY
announced their signing to Atlantic Records. Their debut EP for Atlantic, Possibilities, included
the single "Neon Eyes," which was featured on Billboard, MTV Buzzworthy and radio stations
across the country. The band has performed at Coachella, Austin City Limits, Summerfest, Rock
in Rio Brazil + USA, and supported the Rolling Stones at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Now, with a staunch D.I.Y. ethic, SAINTS OF VALORY is hugely excited to be back with a
new album, “Bleeding Rainbows”.
“Bleeding Rainbows” is noticeably different from its predecessors. To push their limits
musically and create new experiences, SAINTS OF VALORY travelled and recorded in various
locations including; Los Angeles, Orlando, Nashville, New York, Kenya & Austria. The new
album is marked by a slight tonal shift that comes with each experience - from the angst and
anarchy in, "SET IT ON FIRE", to the feeling of adventure in "TOO CLOSE TO THE SUN" and
"ESCAPADES," to the perception of using someone and their love as a drug in “PAINKILLER".
With this album SAINTS OF VALORY casts a wider net, but remains focused on capturing their
raw honest emotions - illustrating that, in many ways, the band is just getting started.
RADDA RADDA is a Pop/Rock/Americana band from Minneapolis, MN, USA that came to life in early 2017. The group has since been building a fan base in the Midwest while working rigorously writing, recording and refining their sonic efforts into an Americana confessional of sorts. The song stylings of RADDA RADDA span a bridge between heartbreak and “hell-why-not,” built from howls at the moon, heartfelt lyrics and walls of dirty telecaster twang, all the while maintaining an unmistakable pop sensibility that succeeds in fighting shy of the predictable.
In September of 2017, RADDA RADDA performed their first show at the historic Genesee Theatre in Waukegan, IL as the exclusive support act for Huey Lewis & The News.
In February of 2018, after a handful of sporadic stints on the road, RADDA RADDA released a live cover video of Bruce Springsteen’s “I’m On Fire.”
On May 1st of 2018, RADDA RADDA released their debut album “life again,” recorded in Minneapolis, MN, with engineer/producer Colt Leeb. The eight song collection comprises an assemblage of acoustic-oriented folky ballads, driving alt-pop-country bangers and everything in between.
The band’s Album Release Party took place on Friday, June 8th 2018 at The Hook And Ladder Theater in Minneapolis.
On Friday, August 3rd 2018 RADDA RADDA played Newbo Evolve Festival in Cedar Rapids, IA in support of Kelly Clarkson and The Wallflowers. Shortly thereafter, the band was selected as the opener for country legends Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in Rochester, MN on Sunday October 14th.
